Work Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Location: Brampton, ON

Job Duties:

• Follow production drawings, build summaries, and assembly instruction sheets, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Work closely with other departments with respect to design, build, and troubleshooting of prototype machines Use cutting tools, equipment, and hand and power tools to accomplish assembly tasks
• Assembles machinery and components, smaller subassemblies, etc.
• Practice proper mechanical assembly procedures i.e.: applying appropriate torque setting to all fasteners, etc.
• Perform inspections of assemblies and subassemblies during the building of the machines, and a complete inspection of the machines prior to commissioning

Requirements:

4-5 Years Of Mechanical Assembly Experience Is Required

Strong knowledge in blueprint reading, pneumatics, mechanical assemblies, and precision alignment

Must have the ability to do physical labour
