ZTR Control Systems Looking for Inside Sales Coordinator at Woodstock, ON Full Time

ZTR is looking for an eager, self-starter to join our team in the role of Inside Sales Coordinator! In this role you will be our primary communicator and point of contact to reach our customers need’s after their sales have concluded.

ZTR is headquartered in London, Ontario, and is an onsite position at our headquarters.

As the Inside Sales Coordinator you will:

• Process customer orders; including screening all orders for accuracy and price discrepancies, sending order confirmation and communicating changes to the customer
• Process RMAs (Returned Material Authorization)
• Support efficient on-boarding of new customers
• Promptly respond to customer concerns and issues and follow through to resolution
• Provide a positive customer experience and improvements to our Net Promoter Scores
• Support activities with the sales team to grow new accounts and maintain existing business
• Support development of processes and assigned strategic initiatives that improve effectiveness and efficiency of the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

• A related post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Customer Service
• Excellent customer service, and business communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, and problem solving skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and time constraints
• Familiarity with typical sales processes
• ERP business systems and Quality Management Systems experience
