Zulu Alpha Kilo Inc. Looking for Billing Analyst at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Zulu Alpha Kilo aspires to be the world’s best creative company and we’re looking for a Billing Analyst to help us get there. Working closely with our Financial Managers, you will be part our talented Finance team to support various functions across the Agency.

This position is a one year contract.

Responsibilities include:

General Responsibilities

• Work within the finance team, focusing on client accounting and contribute to the efficiency of the Agency
• Primary roles include billings, project management, and AR management.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc financial reports from the accounting system
• Other responsibilities as required to accommodate growth of the Agency

Client Accounting

• Be the point person for billings on numerous accounts
• Partner with a Financial Manager to manage client issues and ensure consistency on our processes across all of Zulu’s clients
• Work closely with account teams to monitor and update job dockets as required
• Determine and calculate month end accruals
• Reconcile, maintain and close job dockets
• Monitor accounts receivables and follow up as necessary

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years accounting experience in a fast paced environment – Agency experience preferred
• Post Secondary degree or diploma, preferably finance related
• Ideal candidate has experience in Netsuite
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
• Able to prioritize projects and juggle tasks
• High level of accuracy in work; meticulous attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Sense of humour
