Zycom is looking for an Administrative Assistant to contribute to the evolution of our company. Although Zycom/ITI exists for over 30 years, we continue to grow as a leader in IT across Canada. There are still many strategic initiatives to achieve our ambitious vision. What could be more exciting?
Management has many strategic projects, administrative activities, and communications to deploy. You will be involved in coordinating, planning, and supporting these initiatives in close collaboration with our management team. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing special projects and organizing certain corporate events.
This position is available immediately as our assistant has been promoted to a new position! Working at Zycom/ITI is also an opportunity to grow within the organization.

Your role at ITI
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the management team in the coordination of certain strategic projects through research, analysis, planning of activities and follow-up of deadlines;
Coordinate, validate and follow up on files submitted to the management team and participate in various working committees or external meetings;
Coordinate, produce and present documents and communications from the management team;
Coordinate the logistics of meetings and special corporate events;
Manage the team’s business travel, expense accounts ;
Execute special projects and help with vendor reporting and submissions.

What we’re looking for
Profile
5-10 years experience in a similar role supporting management teams of a company;
Fluent in English required and French spoken a bonus but not required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant discipline (project management background would be an asset);
Demonstrated achievements in the use of computer tools such as the Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet).
