We are seeking a dynamic & ambitious Sales Executive to leverage our product lines and grow market share within the Medical Device industry in Canada. This position is an inside sales role, however will include responsibilities similar to that of a traditional field sales role in utilizing solution-based concept selling skills to the Canadian marketplace. Occasional travel in territory will be required.
The candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, working in partnership with sales support functions, as well as sales and marketing leadership to accelerate growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience.
Key Accountabilities:
· Creating, managing and closing opportunities with high forecasting accuracy
· Utilizing metrics to analyze data & strategically target accounts
· Effectively manage sales pipeline via CRM platform
· Active lead sourcing and qualifying through referrals, prospecting and cold calling on targeted decision makers.
· Mastering features, benefits and value of assigned product portfolio and present these to clinical and economic call points utilizing situational sales methodology
· Building consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners and end users.
· Maintaining positive working relationships with all current accounts as well as upselling solutions for increased revenue generation.
· Maintaining knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape including competitors and competitive products.
· Attending and participating in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and tradeshows as directed.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Compensation will include base salary plus uncapped commission, with unlimited earning potential.
