We are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our Accounting/Finance team on a full time, permanent basis. Will provide training for the position. Competitive wages offered based on experience.

Location: 71 Buttermill Ave (steps to Vaughan Metropolitan Center)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Verify Customer PO and issue invoices to customers
• Deal with customer inquires and answer customer questions regarding the shipment and invoice, redirect customer questions to other department
• Assist with internal audit and generate report for management purpose.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Prepare customer statements and collect payment for past due invoices regularly via phone and email
• Reconcile customer accounts
• General clerical/basic accounting duties
• Maintain office files and order supplies.
• Answer telephones, take messages, prepare outgoing mail.
• Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of information for reporting purposes
• Providing support to sales or other colleagues
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Post-secondary education in business is preferred
• Minimum 1+ year office work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team work
