Harlan Fairbanks, the leader in business-to-business fun foods and beverage distribution is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a position with our Saskatoon Branch. Your role includes:
- Welcome and process orders from walk-in customers
- Process telephone orders and email orders from customers
- Contact customers weekly via telephone to ensure product needs are met
- Respond to and professionally handle customer inquiries
- Perform general office duties and other tasks as needed
