Job Summary:
You are a safety focused certified Automotive Service Technician fully tooled for automotive repairs. You will be an integral member of the Ledcor team working on the day to day maintenance of Ford fleet vehicles in a pipeline construction setting. You’re a team player who helps out when needed.

Essential Responsibilities:
Performs preventative maintenance including filter and lube services
Diagnoses faults or malfunctions and repairs or replaces defective parts, components or systems
Tests repaired light vehicles for proper performance
Writes service reports
Interprets work orders and technical manuals
Qualifications:
Must be an Interprovincial Red Seal or have a Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician ticket from a recognized provincial training authority
Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
Must possess valid PCST, First Aid and Ground Disturbance tickets
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean 3 year driver’s abstract
Must have a strong safety culture and willingness to work in a team environment
Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
Previous experience working in a pipeline construction capacity an asset
Work Conditions
Camp based accommodation
Shift equivalent to a 3/1

Work will be primarily in Automotive shop but also outdoors in various weather conditions at times
