The Manager of Human Resources, a truly generalist role, will ensure efficient and optimal human resources practices for the Legendary Hospitality Group as well as providing advice and guidance to our managers in all locations. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in human resources, employee relations or equivalent. The CPHR designation is considered an asset as is hospitality experience.

Responsible for general Human Resource Management and Organizational Development, the successful candidate will be excited by supporting our team in, among others:

• Performance Management
• Learning and Development
• Recruiting and Retention
• Orientation Onboarding
• Employee Relations

Reporting to the owners, the Manager of Human Resources will be based in Halifax.
