Role Description
The primary mission for the Sales Specialist, is to lead the effort nationally within Compugen to promote the Microsoft Surface and Hub product category to fuel growth. The role is dedicated to initiatives designed to Land, Adopt, Expand and Renew customer agreements that include Surface, Hub, and related products and Compugen Service offerings, with a focus on excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate net new business for Microsoft Surface product range
Directly prospecting for net new opportunities within Compugen account base
Directly prospecting for net new opportunities from new logo clients
Indirectly prospecting for net new business opportunities through Compugen selling teams by acting as a subject matter exper
Support closing of net new opportunities generated by Compugen sellers. This includes but is not limited to:
Business case development
Proposal development
Creation and delivery of client facing presentations
Statement of work development and approval
Liaise with Compugen’s Modern Workspace Sales Champions & Advanced Services Solutions team
Link Surface & Hub products with our Microsoft Collaboration & Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) initiatives to grow funnel
Inform/drive marketing events, campaigns, marketing materials, vertical segment insights, customer Presentation preparation 3rd party Telesales if/as needed
Funnel/Forecast Management activities with internal teams
Maintain deep product knowledge of Surface product range and how it positively impacts Modern Workspace strategies
Qualifications
5+ years of customer facing / account management experience, preferably in the technology (SaaS) industry, or equivalent years of relevant industry work experience
Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain value concepts to customers in a simple, succinct manner
Experience managing a book of business with record of successful forecasting & quota attainment
Exceptional communication, presentation, and active listening skills
Commitment to Results: consistently achieves results, demonstrating high performance, and challenging self and others to deliver results
Creativity and Innovation: seeks new and better ways of doing things, generates original and imaginative ideas, products, or solutions
