Eastlink is looking for highly motivated and sales driven individual to assume the role of Business Development Manager, based in South Eastern, Ontario (Picton, Winchester, Limoges, Ennismore, Campbellford and Alexandria). The objective of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with developers and property managers in Single Family Unit/Multi Dwelling Unit community and execute sales plans/initiatives for their properties to drive sales growth within the Single Family Unit /Multi Dwelling Unit market. The Business Development Manager is the face of Eastlink for all key stakeholders and their tenants at partnered buildings. Responsibilities: • Conduct regular business reviews with partners and ensuring all aspects of the partnership agreement are being executed • Identify key opportunities for revenue and customer growth within their portfolio of properties • Develop and execute sales plans by implementing key selling initiatives and • Utilize internal resources to hit their revenue and penetration targets in their portfolios • Host sales events, executing product demos, holding staff and resident education sessions • Ensure marketing and promotion material is relevant and up to date • Coordinate direct sales initiatives and ensuring sales leads are effectively delivered converted • This role works closely with the regional sales and marketing managers Qualifications: The candidate will need a vehicle, a valid driver’s license.
Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent will need to be available to work evenings and weekends when required by the business. To be successful, the individual will be results oriented and have a strong commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in business and will have experience in account/client management. Experience and knowledge of the telecommunication industry and/or the Single Family Unit /Multi Dwelling Unit market is an asset.
