- Xpert dispatch/Samsara to monitor the location of the drivers;
- Communicating with brokers, carriers, and customers;
- Directing and organizing logistics activities that may include obtaining shipping rates or negotiating with service providers;
- Ensuring carrier compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee and control cargo loading and securement;
- Transportation industry experience required;
- Monitor and track Truck performance and Key performance indicators KPI (gross, the rate per mile, etc);
- Lead the negotiation of tariffs and rates with the brokers or customers to obtain competitive rates;
- Resolve freight-related problems both internal and external with brokers/shippers to increase customer satisfaction;

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,816.73 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- ALDERGROVE, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
