Senior Trainer Learning & Development – Remote in Canada

What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion to train and guide others towards best practices? Ready to help people reach for amazing? In this role, you’ll support and actively engage new hires and employees in a training environment. You’ll work to make sure each employee is set up for success in their journey by registering associates for their classes and delivering high quality training.
You’ll report to your manager . In this role, you’ll impact learners through facilitating training programs.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Meet training completion goals
Learn key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements associated with each training goal and class
Understand and improve the key success metrics associated with training goals
Deliver excellent employee experiences
Plan and manage training logistics on a timely manner
Be an expert on Training Tools, and ensure all training data is reported accurately
Provide, coordinate, analyze and consolidate all necessary data to deliver training in a timely and accurate manner following client requirements and company standards
What You Bring to the Role
1-year minimum experience in training and/or adult learning programs
Strong facilitation skills to lead classes when needed
1 year of experience leading teams to accomplishing objectives
Excellence in goal achieving within a remote environment work-setting
Nurturing an inclusive learning environment
Strong coaching skills
Customer and employee focused mindset
Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Oracle, Kronos, Tandberg or ability to learn technology quickly
Call center experience
