Key duties and responsibilities
Providing application support across a number of applications in the Apex group;
Prioritization and resolution of tickets related to the core line of business applications, including troubleshooting incidents and service catalogue;
Working as part of a global team to provide technical support to core line of business applications;
Liaising with business, vendors and software development team regarding application support tickets;
Supporting project related tasks, such as application upgrades;
Supporting the patch management process. This includes bringing through change management to test and production environments;
Coordinate with internal auditors, audit coordinators, and other key officials to manage audits responses.
Experience and skills
Experience with fund administration applications; Allview, Metrosoft, KYCP, Nav One, Paxus preferred
ITIL certification preferred;
Experience supporting core line of business applications;
Experience working with a service desk tool;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong working relationships;
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner;
Experience working as part of a team;
Experience with Microsoft technologies such as IIS, SQL and .NET;
Experience with Azure desirable;
Experience with Swift or payments desirable;
Knowledge of Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Payments and associated technologies;
Educated to Bachelor Degree Level or equivalent qualifications/ work experience.
