YOUR ROLE
You will have the chance to collaborate with a number of business law professionals and will be required to replace Legal Assistants during their vacations. As a Legal Assistant, you will be of great help to the entire team in all the busy periods. Among your responsibilities, your tasks will include:
Agenda keeping, management of the lawyer’s calls and emails;
Writing, preparing and reviewing various legal documents (letters, e-mails, contracts, agreements, etc.);
Updating the database and producing relevant reports;
Laying-out letters and documents from handwritten, stenographed or dictated texts;
Participating in various projects related to business development;
Preparing client files (correspondance, vouchers, etc.).
PREREQUISITES
DCS or any other relevant training/experience;
Experience in a professional service environment;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Good judgment and great initiative;
Organizational skills and good management of priorities;
Attention to detail, versatility, and team spirit.
