YOUR ROLE
As an Administrative Assistant , you will work closely with lawyers with a varied practice and who have distinguished themselves in the legal world with their critical and analytical thinking.
Among your responsibilities, you will:
Prepare, edit and review legal documents;
Review documents and correspondence to ensure correct grammar and compliance with the legal procedures;
Keep other professionals’ agenda updated and ensure follow up;
Prepare client files (correspondence, supporting documents, etc.);
Ensure the opening of files, as well as paper and electronic filing;
Ensure the follow up in files and correspondence;
Handle calls and ensure follow ups of same.
PREREQUISITES
Diploma of Professional Studies (DPS/DEP) in secretarial studies with a legal profile or relevant training;
Experience in a similar role;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Flexibility, versatility and autonomous;
Team spirit and good interpersonal skills;
Detail oriented, meticulous and prioritization.
