Grant Miller Motors Ltd is seeking a Full Time Parts Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time position with company benefits. Qualifications:
· Strong knowledge of tires, accessories, and automotive parts
· Exceptional problem-solving, organizational and communications skills
· Time management skills and ability to multi-task
· Ability to work in a high paced environment
· Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
· Previous experience would be an asset but we are willing to train the right person
Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
· Keeping current with aftermarket accessories
· Maintaining a knowledge of in stock parts, accessories, and tires
· Knowing which suppliers to order from
· Prepare estimates and order parts and accessories under tight time constraints
· Record correct parts on part sales and work orders
The right candidate will be a team player who possesses the right attitude and passion needed to be successful in this position supporting customers and our parts & service departments. Strong computer skills. Ability to deal effectively and courteously with customers and co-workers. Proven ability to pay careful attention to details. Weight Handling Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Maintain records on inventory control system Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials Identify, label and catalogue items received Handle cash transactions Criminal record check Valid driver’s licence Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Repetitive tasks Physically demanding Attention to detail Standing for extended periods 5-6 day work weeks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
