Position: Logistics Coordinator – Carrier Management
Department: Operations, Carrier Management
Overview: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the hiring and managing loads with partner carriers.
Responsibilities:

- Relationship management and building with T-Lane customer
- Ensure T-Lane client needs are met at each step in the transportation process
- Manage communication with T-Lane client, as needed
- Treat every customer as an opportunity for new business
- Look for new freight on a consistent basis and manage accordingly
- Source carriers and rates to handle shipments, as needed
- Other admin duties as needed
- Post loads to determine alternate carriers
- Determine freight and equipment requirement
- Engage with existing customers to ensure our service matches their changing needs

Knowledge:

- High School Diploma
- Post-secondary education would be considered an asset
- Preference will be given to someone with transportation industry experience
- Previous working experience as a logistics coordinator for at least one year
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
