About Brand Health Tracking:
The Brand Health Tracking Service Line helps clients manage their in-market brands in terms of monitoring health and making sure they are on the right course. Clients have their own sales data, we provide them with brand affinity data to understand how people feel about the brand and its competitors longitudinally.
What makes this role important at Ipsos?
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key member of a team of dynamic and passionate professionals. The role will assist with functional and technical knowledge and help with the deployment of complex projects and support large programs. You will ensure end-to-end execution and initiate reporting for analysis. Your responsibilities also include proactive planning to get ahead of delivery, field issues, data reporting challenges, etc.
What you can expect to be doing:
Support and follow operational processes to deliver against a custom-designed program
Manage the setup, launch and monitoring of research projects
Work closely with the account team to create necessary research instruments
Act as an effective liaison with operations and other internal departments/external vendors
Assist all aspects of research design and execution and provide solutions to technical hurdles
Develop and populate reports based on the analysis plan provided by the account team
Provide joint accountability for research quality and client satisfaction
Effectively communicate project details/issues with internal stakeholders
Be able to learn methods and methodologies
Continuously look for ways to add value and find efficiencies
Ensure projects are within budget and timelines and investigate overage and report issues and resolutions to management when needed
This might be the job for you if you have:
4-7 years of experience in a research environment (research firm experience an asset)
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant discipline (marketing, economics, administration, social sciences, etc.)
Must be bilingual – writing and speaking (French and English)
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Motivated and autonomous with the ability to work under tight deadlines
Proven problem-solving mindset
Excellent organizational skills with a constant attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships
Thrives within a team environment
Curiosity and intellectual rigour
