Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Benefit and Pension Administration
Administer Tuition Reimbursement (LEAP) and Post Graduate reimbursement programs including leading monthly LEAP and Post Graduate orientations
Create and modify forms/reports/presentations as required
Monthly reporting related to Perkopolis, Disability, GooodLife Fitness, MAC staff card, LifeWorks, etc.
Administer Employee Appreciation Bag process
Audit benefit and pension reports (internal and third party)
Administer Executive Medical Program including auditing eligibility
Assist One Source gratis team including auditing eligibility as required
Administer weekly contribution reports including auditing and investigating any RPP & RRSP issues
Prepare and distribute monthly treasury reports
Assist Total Rewards Analyst with auditing benefit and pension reports (internal and third party)
Process OCF-2 insurance forms and legal requests as required
Benefits audits (gratis, etc.)
Assist Wellness Coordinator with administration and facilitation of webinars, etc. as required
Order Supplies as required (office, benefit brochures)
Invoicing & invoice tracking including vendor creation/Ariba/ACH, etc.
Assist with benefit and pension mailout as required including retirement letters, etc.
Other Duties
Create training and process documents and documents as required
Backup to Total Rewards Analyst and Wellness Coordinator
Provide French translations and communication as required
Qualifications
Post-Secondary Education Degree Required
Minimum 1 year experience in total rewards
CHRP or HR certificate an asset.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong Excel, Word, Power Point skills
Confidentiality and attention to detail are essential
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to multi-task
