Job Description
As a Digital Technology Services (DTS) team member, the System Development Specialist Technology Services will contribute to the development of corporate WordPress systems, architecture, methodologies, standards, policies, and procedures. The System Development Specialist will also contribute to implementation and sustainment of front-end applications and corporate WordPress platforms.

Your application must describe your qualifications as they relate to:
1) Considerable experience in developing WordPress based websites, including PHP full stack development and being proficient with WordPress’s features, themes, and plugins
2) Considerable experience with coding in PHP, WordPress, Node and React.
3) Considerable experience with web technologies: HTML5, JSON, JavaScript / jQuery, CSS, AJAX, Bootstrap and using REST APIs, including JSON APIs
4) Experience with cloud infrastructure running WordPress on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
5) Experience developing digital products that comply with accessibility standards and/or best practices (WCAG 2.x AA, AODA, WAI-ARIA).
6) Post-secondary education in computer science or a related discipline, or the approved equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
