Job Description for Software Sales Executive
Auriga IT is looking for a motivated professional to oversee our North American Regional sales, we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Software Sales Manager. The candidate must be proficient in utilizing all available channels of distribution, this job is accountable for selling to and supporting both end users and channel partners by thoroughly understanding the client’s business, the industry in which they compete, the corresponding IT initiatives, identifying needs that the company can help resolve, developing compelling business value proposals for our solutions and services, and ultimately closing business. Additionally, the Sales Executive will establish and maintain dependable connections with senior-level decision makers, other important buyers, and partners inside the mentioned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business needs
- Engage and work with business partners where appropriate
- Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory including the customers, the prospects, the partners, the influencer’s, and the competitors
- Create, Discuss and Exceed revenue targets ethically on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Demonstrate the ability to address each customer’s and partner’s unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer’s specific needs and interests
- Understand and communicate all product and technological strategies employed by competitive and complementary organizations in the market space
- Maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction within the accounts in your territory
- Maintain a positive, professional ‘total customer service’ attitude and demonstrate the company’s Core Values
- Coordinate, plan, and schedule sales support functions with Technical Sales staff.
- Utilize all channel management and reporting tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field.
- Has good knowledge about North American Sales Strategies and Geography.
- Working experience of 3+ years in a sales position within a complex and fast-paced business environment.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives is required. Effective at presenting to executive management.
- Business travel to The U.S for sales purposes.
- Deliver oral and written communications that are impactful and persuasive with their intended audience.

- Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities
- Working with our partners in order to maintain and expand Auriga’s business within assigned customer accounts
- Working with global and local Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and awareness
- Supporting channel planning process and forecasting for assigned territory
- Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
