Handle routine and straightforward administrative duties such as; data entry, filing and preparing employment confirmation letters .Assist in benefit administration and data audits, as directed. Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process; submit IT tickets, use templates to prepare letters. Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and other materials to be used within the department or shared with senior management. Assist with non-routine administrative projects as needed, such as streamlining automated processes and updating the Canada HR home page. Maintain HR electronic & physical filing systems.
