Flex Networks is looking a First Nations/Metis/Inuit candidate to join our team in our Remote HR Coordinator position. The chosen candidate will report to our head of HR and help support a variety of HR functions. Do you honour the value that people bring to work each day? What you will do:

• Administer HR-related documents, including drafting documentation for employee changes/letters, processing resignations, filing, and other general office admin activities
• Assist the Head of HR with general admin support, reports and recruitment
• Assist with HRIS maintenance and administration, including data entry, running ad hoc reports, updating employee information/records and updating files, performing HRIS record / Dashboard audits, forms approvals, and other duties as required
• Support annual policy review process and updates
• Provide Benefits administration support and back up as needed
• Maintain confidential employee data and ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of HRIS database (HUMI)
• Help plan team events, off-sites, employee milestone celebrations and team engagement activities
• Help in the creation of our remote-working charter and remote work onboarding program

REQUIREMENTS

• A strong passion for learning new things
• Strong verbal/Written communication skills
• The Ability to find alternate and efficient ways to complete tasks.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of general HR procedures and practices.
• Strong level of comfort working with an Employee Information System or similar software
