Stubbs Communications has a full-time career opportunity for a Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator and Home Entertainment Installation Technician. This position begins with purchasing and receiving and includes onsite job training as a technician learning the full process of wiring, trim outs and installing security, surveillance and home automation equipment. Our products and services offer a professional industry standard of new wave technology in the home automation industry. Responsibilities:
- Maintains the physical and record management of all inventories within the warehouse.
- Purchasing all product required per upcoming jobs and work orders.
- Receiving all products and staging equipment for upcoming jobs per work orders.
- Checks accuracy of data against customer and/or internal records and/or the actual counts of product and reconciles inventory. Investigates and resolves any discrepancies.
- Coordinates physical inventory procedures.
- Assists in maintaining loss prevention program.
- Installation of structured wiring, trim out, security devices, custom audio video products.
- Working with coworkers on job sites and taking leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to learn and train on various job site responsibilities.
- Ability to learn new industry technology products and services.
- Take leadership and pride in your daily responsibility and work ethics.
- Provide professional workmanship to ensure the customer has a great experience with our products and services.
- Communicate with supervisor and provide daily detailed paperwork production reports.
Qualifications:

- Strong computer and networking knowledge are an asset.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Exhibits sound judgement.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word), and Simply Accounting.
- Knowledge of wiring, networking, audio visual and blueprints and asset.
- Clean driving record and driver abstract required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
