As an Outreach (Lead Generation) Leader on the Body Smart Outreach team you are there to support, guide and elevate the Outreach team to cultivate prospects through our lead generating system through to a breakthrough call. You will lead a team of Outreach messengers to hit their KPI each week. You will be expected to spend some hours messaging yourself, while collaboratively leading a team to effectively deliver on their targets.
Outreach is the frontline communication for the company. It’s as much a customer service position as it is a sales one. The Outreach leader is there to support, guide and elevate the Outreach team to cultivate prospects to a breakthrough call.

The sole objective of the Outreach team is to transition a woman from a conversation in the inbox, to a breakthrough (consultation) call. There are several daily operations that allow the Outreach Leader to be successful in their job. These include, but are not limited too:
- To deliver on the Outreach KPIs and push the team to deliver on their KPIs consistently
- To engage and help and support the team to engage in the specified lead generation strategy on all required social media platforms during scheduled hours
- Update the Overview Report Tool (ORT Sheet) in real time during your shift for effective
- Respond to Slack messages (Body Smart’s business platform) ASAP
- Offer breakthrough (consultation calls) to women in the Instagram (this is the metric in which your KPI will be determined)
- Book potential clients and support the team to book potential clients in for a call with the Breakthrough team as soon as they apply
- Send lead generation messages frequently while on shift to help find new clients and bring them to the Body Smart Fitness page
- Closely monitor the team to ensure all key KPIs are being met
- Providing insightful feedback to the content team to continually improve the process of cultivating leads
- Implement and deliver team training to make sure we are constantly keeping up with trends in the inbox
- Developing new strategies with the team top maximise the hours in in the inbox
- Complete a daily End of Day Sheet (EOD) for your upline to review
- Attend all team meetings throughout the week
- Scheduling Outreach Messenger shifts for the entire team through Google Calendar
- You have the flexibility to schedule their shifts along with your own!
- Respond to your team’s End of Day (EOD) sheets to review the previous days work
- In addition to booking Outreach leads in the calendar with our Breakthrough team (Outreach task), you will also be responsible for booking Website leads in the diary (Outreach Leader task)
- Consistently review the Overview Reporting Tool (ORT Sheet) to ensure the Outreach team is on track to hit their KPI along with proper usage of the sheet
- Engage/respond to comments on Body Smart’s primary Instagram account
- Make sure that all new clients are followed on Instagram and moved to the General Inbox in the account
- Complete an End of Day (EOD) that your upline will review with you daily
- Review/update any documents or training modules as the team grows and/or processes change over time
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years Lead Generation Management
- 2+ years sales experince
- Experience in the fitness and/or nutrition industry is advantageous
- Passionate about helping others reach their goals and live their best lives
- Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement specific communication styles
- You are a persuasive speaker and love communicating and connecting with others
- You’re social media savvy and perform best when thinking on your feet
- You are a quick learner with a positive attitude, and you approach challenges with an inquisitive mindset
- You are devoted to your own personal and professional growth
- You believe in a healthy work/life balance and you understand the importance of holding yourself accountable
- Be diverse in communication skills to communicate with the client and employee base from a variety of countries from around the world
Requirements:
- Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
- Have the ability to work 40+ hours per week, including some weekends
- Have a quiet operating environment and adequate work station
- You will need to have a high-speed Internet connection and your own reliable computer and phone
