Education:
High school diploma with some post-secondary course in office administration, legal secretary, or a related area.
Experience:
Two years recent experience providing administrative support in a professional service high volume environment. Experience using Learning Management System. Experience providing support to academic programs and faculty are an asset.
Skills:
Intermediate: Microsoft Word. Excel. Outlook, PowerPoint. Learning Management System (e.g., eClass), eReports.Demonstrated ability to work courteously and effectively with people. Excellent organizational skills, including ability to work effectively under pressure of high volume. demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team. Excellent communications skills (oral and written) to obtain and provide information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated effectiveness in attending to details. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
