$18-22/hour, plus commission on all sales.
Job Responsibilities include;
– Managing/maintaining a facility(s) and completing site checks
– Provide assistance to customers, taking payments, move in’s, etc..
– Completing daily and weekly reports pertaining to your site(s)
– Cleaning office space daily after use, as well as keeping facility up to standards
– Have a vehicle and valid drivers license to complete bank runs
Employees need to be;
– Punctual and reliable
– have full availability including weekends
– computer literate, customer service capabilities, phone etiquette
– Great communication skills while handling customers and working in an office alone
