Anthem Properties Looking for Site Assistant, Construction (Calgary) at Calgary, AB Full Time

We are on the lookout for a top-notch Site Assistant/Lead Hand to assist with the day-to-day construction activities at one of our beautiful townhome projects located in the community of Belmont. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the high level of quality that they expect and deserve. Have you got what it takes?

You are

• Good on the tools
• Dependable and reliable
• Someone with an eagle eye for details
• Safety conscious – always, no exceptions
• Willing to push up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done without ego

You will

• Focus on carpentry, finishing quality and touch-ups
• Perform carpentry for both rough-in and some finishing/millwork
• Do some drywall finishing (mud, tape, sand)
• Help out with labour tasks (cleaning, moving material) when required

You have

• Experience – minimum 5 years in a similar role
• Excellent carpentry and drywall finishing skills
• Good communication skills and work well with others
• First Aid, WHMIS and fall arrest certificates
• Skid steer skills (preferred)
