NorQuesters are difference makers and we are seeking an individual who can find ways forward, be dependable, and work in a diverse multi-faceted environment to join our Division of Research & Academic Innovation as a Studio Administrator.
Reporting to the Team Lead, the Research and Academic Innovation (RAI) Studio Administrator role provides a full range of administrative support to the Innovation Studio and faculty at large. This role brings a high level of business acumen, providing support to functions such as external and internal stakeholder liaison, requirements gathering, calendar management, event management, systems access, process development, and documentation. The ideal candidate will develop expertise within RAI that will allow them to support and direct inquiries from internal and external partners and demonstrate the capability to work with peers, supporting their needs across the faculty in order to continually maintain and improve operations. This position demands a high level of organization, creativity, and the ability to set priorities, follow up, and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, enjoy and be proficient in building good relationships, and become a reliable resource. They will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and highly tuned organizational skills.
We are looking for a full-time term position until June 30, 2023.

SALARY: $1,839-$2,390 biweekly ($47,805 – $62,133 annually) reflective of what you bring, AKA your education and experience. This is a fulltime term position ending June 30, 2023, with immidiate access to our great benefit program.
We offer flexible work options. This position will require you to be on campus to support the Innovation Studio’s bookings and user requirements.
