Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Schedule: 10+ Hours per day, 5 & 2, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week, weekend availability as required.

Shipper/Receiver Responsibilities:
Onloading and offloading of materials either manually or via forklift.
Confirm accuracy of packing slips and material measurement, mark all incoming materials with identifying labels, and record all incoming materials in the Material Tracking Sheet.
Complete varying reports regarding materials received with high regard to accuracy and clarity.
Coordinate logistics of international shipments ensuring all boarder requirements are met to guarantee timely arrival of parts for imports and exports.
Source and build relationships with new trucking companies to organize shipments of heavy equipment parts.
Maintain accurate inventory locations utilizing a master list.
Provide daily feedback regarding equipment performance and progression of assigned tasks.
As directed, assist other with and perform various manual labor tasks.
Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
Shipper/Receiver Qualifications:
5-10 Years of experience with Shipping/ Receiving/ Expediting heavy equipment parts
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to prioritize workload based on daily requirements.
Able to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instruction.
Good understanding of typical hand and verbal signals regarding crane and lifting equipment.
Proficient use of computer programs to track and record items. i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Outlook, Explorer, Tool Hound
Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and work in physically demanding conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills required.
Committed to working in a safe and efficient manner.
Shipper/Receiver Pre-employment:
Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements
Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation
Fitness to Work Assessment
Valid Driver’s license and clean abstract
