Intel PSG is looking for a program manager in the high level design (HLD) group. Programs in the HLD group include the oneAPI compiler, open FPGA stack, and AI acceleration.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Align stakeholders on program roadmap and schedule
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Manage product lifecycle requirements including planning, execution, and release phases;
Ensure product meets Intel’s legal, quality and security policies
Communicate program status to stakeholders including hosting regular meetings
Monitor status of dependencies and escalate any issues or risks
Create presentations, processes and trainings as required
Proficiency level skills in Microsoft Office Suit
Provide deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements

Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years or MA with 3+ years of experience in engineering, computer science within semiconductor or technology industries
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of Program Management experience at a semiconductor or other technology company
Four or more years of project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
4 Years of Program Management experience at a Technology company
1 Year experience with JIRA, GitHub
Experience in FPGAs
Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification
Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
