The Position

We are seeking an energetic and employee service driven Human Resources Director to join our team in Yorkton. This is an extremely important role for the organization which involves fostering teamwork, developing programs and human resource plans and assisting in the creation of positive employee relations that is consistent with the vision and objectives of the company. As the Director, your key accountabilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

– Payroll and Benefits Administration

– Labour Relations

– Compensation Programs

– Performance management programs

– Selection, Staffing & Onboarding

– Recognition programs

– Corporate training programs

– Human Resource Administration & Reporting

Qualifications

– Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Commerce with a major in Human Resource Management AND minimum three (3) years experience in a Human Resource Generalist role or an equivalent combination of relevant education & experience.

– Thorough knowledge and experience in payroll and benefits processing, recruitment, performance management, labour relations, and employee development.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and logically.

– Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $83,743.00-$111,657.00 per year
