Rainbow Greenhouse is a family-owned business since 1985 with 2 locations in BC and 1 in Alberta. Our Business supplies Indoor and Garden plants to major retailers in Western Canada and North Western US. We are seeking someone to manage our production department within our greenhouse operation at our Chilliwack location. Job Description Summary
As the Production Manager at our Chilliwack facility, you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department. This would include scheduling, forecasting labour requirements, maintaining quality standards, ensuring efficiency and safety, and team building. In addition to these tasks, a key part of your roll would be to coordinate with other departments including sales and marketing to deliver on time as expected to meet customer demands.
To summarize, your role as the Production Manager at Rainbow Greenhouses Inc would involve a mix of on-the-floor leadership, strategic planning, and management.

· Coordinating with other teams or departments to ensure that the organization is meeting its overall goals and objectives.
· Communicating with upper management, stakeholders, and other key individuals to provide updates on the department’s progress and to seek guidance and support as needed.
· Monitoring and analyzing key metrics to track the department’s performance and to identify areas for improvement.
· Resolving conflicts and issues within the department and providing leadership and guidance to help the department function effectively.
