Responsibilities;
- Preparing Requests for Quote (RFQ) packages
- Processing requisitions and ensuring timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders
- Updating the system with details such as price, supplier information, lead time, promise date
- Work closely with the production team to ensure deadlines are met
- Supporting inventory processes and cycle count processes for accuracy
- Identifying inventory discrepancies, analyze and providing corrective action
- Working closely with the Quality team to help resolve quality issues as needed
Requirements;
- Minimum 3 years experience in Purchasing
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Experienced in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Thrives under pressure and effectively meets tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled at negotiating and building relationships with vendors and clients
