You are a passionate people oriented HR Generalist looking to take the next step in your career. We’re looking for a motivated, independent, and capable People and Operations Manager to help us manage our day to day People and Operations Initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, hands-on, and capable of working closely with the Normative team to execute and roll out new processes. This role offers the opportunity to impact the growth of the culture at Normative while partnering closely with our President.
Acting as Normative’s cultural ambassador, you’ll collaborate on plans and metrics, design and implement new processes and systems, and support Normative’s recruitment goals and KPIs. You’ll evaluate and iterate our existing programs, and develop new initiatives to keep the Normative team engaged and supported.
