Kal Tire is seeking a Front Counter / Service Advisor to join our busy team onsite in Sault Ste Marie. As a new team member, you’ll learn Kal Tire products and process and help our customers with their vehicle repair needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide estimates as needed, recommend necessary services and parts, update customer on status of vehicle.
- Responds to customer inquiries & concerns in a timely and respectful manner, over the phone and in person.
- Review work orders with technicians, present and discus any additional work needed with customers.
- Ordering parts and tires needed for appointments.
- Booking appointments
Qualifications:
- Retail sales or service experience in a face pace environment
- Ability to negotiate and sell
- Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to problem solve and multitask
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new programs and software’s
Hours:
- Part Time 24-30/hrs week
- Monday – Saturday
- Within the hours of: 8am-5pm
- Never work Sundays or Holidays
