Description:
Our Automotive client is seeking a finance/insurance consultant to assist in expanding their financial products market share.
Agilus is recruiting for a Finance and Insurance Consultant in the Automotive Industry.
As a finance and insurance consultant, you will meet with various automotive dealerships to educated them about various financial products and the benefits to consumers. You will travel 50-75% of the time across Western Canada.
A typical day:
- Act as a liaison between all stakeholders, including finance and insurance product providers, various Company departments, the dealership network and other key stakeholders.
- Meet with dealerships across Western Canada, developing relationships and educating the owners/financial managers on various financial products such as credit cards and loans.
- Analyze sales and finance and insurance processes to address gaps and implement best practices to grow market share.
- Develop key understanding of the dealers’ needs relating to available products and build a plan for the dealership taking a short and long-term approach.
- Work with product suppliers to build new product campaigns and launch activities, to ensure the success of these specific launches.
Successful candidates will have:
- Reside in British Columbia or Alberta.
- 5 years of experience with selling financial services.
- Previous experience in an automotive financial services company and or dealership environment is preferred.
- Mandatory strong financial acumen including understanding of financial measures, forecasting and other analytical skills.
- French bilingualism is highly preferred.
- Ability to commit to 50-75% travel.
