Your New Career
Scout Talent is working with one of Canada’s largest mining organizations for a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership!
To manage this contract, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Implementation Project Manager to join our team. Operating on a hybrid work model, your time will be divided between Scout Talent and our partner’s offices, both headquartered in downtown Vancouver, BC.
Leading a team of dedicated personnel, you will be responsible for managing recruitment projects, ensuring that goals are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget parameters.

To qualify, you’ll be someone with years of high-level RPO and project management experience, preferably in large organizations that require high-volume recruitment (any industry).

The Benefits
