Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited (Coke Canada) is Canada’s premier bottling company. We are an independently owned business encompassing over 5,800 associates, more than 50 sales and distribution centres, and 5 production facilities nationwide.
We have a 120-year heritage of manufacturing, marketing, selling, and distributing the major branded ready-to-drink products Canadians love.
We pride ourselves on building diverse and sustainable relationships with our customers, consumers, stakeholders, and communities through our shared values: lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, collaboration, integrity, accountability, quality and safety.
Our brands include: Coca-Cola®, Diet Coke®, Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar, Sprite®, Fanta®, Barq’s®, NESTEA®, POWERADE®, Minute Maid®, DASANI® and vitaminwater®; and our partner brands: Canada Dry®, Monster Energy® and A&W®.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role is an excellent opportunity to work with a great team in all aspects of human resources and labour relations. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will execute activities aligned with the business while ensuring strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and best practices. This is a critical role in leading and fostering productive labour relations and employee engagement. This position is located at our Lower Mainland facility in Richmond, BC but will support multiple site locations in Western Canada including our facility in Coquitlam. Travel throughout the province and to other locations outside the province may be required. While we offer a hybrid schedule that includes the flexibility to work from home, this is not an exclusive work from home position.
All offers of employment at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited (“Coke Canada”) are conditional upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor.
