– Involved in every aspect of the HR function including recruiting, organizational record management, and answering employee queries.
– Preparing and administering recruitment processes
– Vetting applicants and performing background checks
– Maintaining and managing employee records
– Assisting with payroll calculation
– Identifying and highlighting HR process issues
– All other tasks as assigned.
