Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Support and drive change initiatives organizationally
Track and report on key HR metrics, analyse the information to make recommendations for continuous improvement operationally and for our associates
Continue to make us a Great Place to Work, by driving a great associate experience, investigating employee relations issues and providing through and accurate communication
Ensure organizational legislative compliance, through program and policy development
Support effective divisional talent management through execution and follow up of succession planning programs, and internal promotions
Work in collaboration with HRBP’s and the VP, Human Resources to support, develop, implement, and enhance associate coaching, feedback, recognition, discipline and termination processes.
Work in collaboration with local and regional managers on safety activities, including but not limited to: safety committee, safety training, annual training, on-site training and site visits, and recommendations for safe workplace activities and practices.
Lead and facilitate training sessions
Develop and implement training programs, using LMS and classroom based methodology
Education & Experience:
2+ years broad generalist experience preferred
Experience facilitating to large and diverse groups of people
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related discipline, preferred.
Human Resources certifications including CHRP (certified through the HRMA) strongly preferred.

Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.
