The Director of Finance reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is directly responsible for the establishment of financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems and shall be accountable for general accounting, accounts receivable, collection and payroll. The Director of Finance shall also ensure the legal and regulatory compliance for CVIY’s accounting and financial reporting functions and performs other duties as assigned.
