Position and Responsibilities
We are looking for a collaborative team player who is effective at building excellent relationships with various stakeholders to join our Human Resources department. As a member of the talent acquisition and development team, you will work collaboratively with the business on recruitment files and assist with various on-going recruitment related projects. This includes contributing to strategic talent acquisition sourcing for our northern Saskatchewan operations, as well as the Saskatoon office. You will coach leaders on processes and strategies that eliminate bias while also meeting business priorities. You will promote Cameco’s values while fostering a culture that is inclusive, innovative, and safe through all talent acquisition activities. You will work effectively and collaboratively with departments and candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization and its hiring commitments.
The position will be based primarily out of the Saskatoon office with the ability to partially work remotely. The details of this flex/hybrid work arrangement will be discussed with you in the recruitment process.
This is a temporary 18-month term, with the possibility of extension.
