Description:

• Maintains a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
• Provides internal and external customer service regarding, but not limited to, collection issues, customer refunds, account adjustments, discrepancies, short payments, reconciliations
• Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and reducing delinquency on assigned accounts
• Escalates issues and/or complicated accounts to Credit Management as needed and enlists the efforts of Sales and Sr Management as instructed, and when necessary to accelerate the collection process
• Provides excellent and considerate customer service to all external and internal customers, with an emphasized focus on dealers and sales.
• Performs weekly and monthly reporting
• Participate in team building meetings
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE 1: 5+ Years of AR Experience

• Credit/Collection experience, understand payment schedules, net terms, aging reports.
• Billing
• Strong communication skills
• OPEN TO JR Accounting Candidates with CO-OP and intern experience in AR or General Accounting.

MUST HAVE 2: Excel Skills or Google Platform

• Fairly basic excel, journal uploads, pre-authorized debit

MUST HAVE 3: Degree/Diploma or Post Secondary

• Accounting or related
