Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Metrolinx is an agency of the Government of Ontario.

As a part of the procurement team, the Customer and Client Procurement Lead is the primary owner of the business requirements and resulting procurement outcomes while working closely with the Customer Experience and Client teams within the Customer and Client Pillar of PRESTO. This position will implement the future vision of the Customer Experience and Client teams and help direct this vision and roadmap through the procurement program and the subsequent transition. As part of the Presto Business solution team under the Payments Transformation Program, leads engagement with internal/external stakeholders, including business users and transit agencies to manage business the business requirements as well as the traceability of requirements and ensure the delivery of customer and client outcomes within the procurement program that deliver on the future vision for PRESTO. Accountable for management of the integrated program of activities required to direct and advance the Customer Experience and Client priorities within the procurement program.
