About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruiting, placement, and overall management of various positions within all industries and job families.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working in the human services industry; experience with recruitment would be well-regarded but not required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant education would be well-regarded.
- A demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients.
- Team-oriented, willing to assist where needed but can also work well independently.
- Must be deadline driven, able to handle multiple and changing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- A calm and well-organized problem solver who can think quickly on their feet and works well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word and Outlook.
- Strong ability and orientation toward learning new things.
- A self-starter who will ask questions, present new ideas, and can think outside the box.
Responsibilities:
- Prescreen and interview candidates.
- Exemplary verbal communication skills will be required, to interact with candidates and clients.
- Strong written communications skills are required to format resumes and write detailed summaries of candidates.
- Identify top talent through multiple social media platforms.
- Matching and placing qualified candidates on temporary assignments and permanent placements.
- Ongoing performance management and interaction with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work with the sales team to create and build strong client relationships.
Compensation:
- The compensation package includes monthly salary, monthly variable pay, and participation in the company benefits plan.
