Description:

Training coordinator: They will be responsible for managing all technical training for blue collar workers (installations of rivets or quality management systems) and white collar ( leadership, SAP training) every training available. These training get audited by transport Canada, cnsst or other regulatory agencies.

• They will be doing a lot of data entry, learning management system
• They will take the attendance sheet and enter them in the system and they will be responsible for making sure to enter in the system who was present for the training in order for them to get credit for it.
• There are about 4- 15 different trainings that are done on a daily basis, this is about 6-10 on average that are being trained
• The training classes can be in office or virtual
• They will record all the problems that were mentioned by the trainer (projector or computer broken)
• They will take action to fix the problems for the next training class
• They can be asked to create scheduled for training classes
• They will have team meetings to review training the week
• They can be asked to ensure the presence of each employee in each training
• They will have to execute report (presence report, certification and this can be extracted in their software system “ learning management system” and excel ( straight forward)

Must haves:

• Office clerk/ coordinator
• Bilingual ( French first)
• Highschool diploma
• Someone who can be on site/ some WFH option
