We’re looking for a talent acquisition system analyst to join our in team in what is shaping up to be an exciting year, where we will be delivering a new system at pace and ensuring that we bring our people along on that journey. This role also gives the individual an opportunity to get involved in wider projects such as data privacy, compliance and careers websites.
You’ll join our global People Systems group which is 32 people and focus on talent acquisition technologies in our specialty team with three other people. Our specialist team supports the recruitment of thousands of people each year, and has people based in UK and Canada. You’ll collaborate with talent acquisition teams around the world to manage and work on technology enhancements, maintenance, process improvement, reporting requests, and lead the support for our North American (NASA) and Australasia and Asia Pacific (APNA) colleagues.
We have lots of projects we’re working on including a move from our current ATS to a new HCM SAP SuccessFactors which includes a recruiting and onboarding module; enhancements to our careers website; integrations between different systems; and the continuous support to our different regions to help them realise their talent acquisition strategies.

Job Profile
We’d prefer it if you can work in Birmingham, Croydon or Glasgow because we have a few team members there, but we’re happy to consider other locations. This is a full-time position with flexibility; because we work with people in different time zones, there may be the occasional out-of-ordinary call, but you choose how you work the hours. Importantly, you work in a way that suits you, and we encourage a healthy work-life balance.
