A large distribution company is looking for an administrative assistant to join their team.

Job duties:

• Payroll for employees

• Reception support – transfer phone calls through departments

• Purchasing office and warehouse supplies

• Liaison with IT to support trouble shooting

• Supporting sales team with customer inquires

• Direct new employees/office tour

MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years in administration within manufacturing/distribution/O&G

• 2+ years working with Microsoft word/Excel (testing required)

• Strong time management & organization skills

• Self-sufficient and ability to work alone
